Why Microsoft is not competition to Salesforce.com!

The very DNA of on-premise software companies and on-demand SAAS companies are totally different, and to require one to change to the other is like asking a man to change to a woman. Sure, you can change in a jiffy, but the result is going to look and feel weird.
